Welcome to Wikimedia Incubator!
At the right there are some important links, and here are some tips and info:
- If you haven't created a user page yet, please create one with for example Babel templates on it.
- You can select your interface language in your preferences.
- If you make articles, templates or categories, don't forget to add a prefix!
- If your knowledge of English is good, you can help with translating pages to other languages you know, so more people can understand it!
- If you want to translate the interface, please go to Translatewiki.net and follow the instructions.

Regarding your contribution to Okinawan Wikipedia
editHaisai. I am glad to see you are contributing to Okinawan Wikipedia incubator. There is a policy by Wikimedia to turn an incubator project into Wikipedia only when it has a few native speakers who are active (which is a problem as of now), as well as at least 2 users making at least 10 changes a month for many consecutive months. Would you be interested in helping me to fulfill this criteria? We can mostly stick to minor edits or new articles, as long as we are sure about their quality (https://tools.wmflabs.org/meta/catanalysis/?title=Wp%2Fryu&cat=0&wiki=incubatorwiki_p). にふぇーでーびる。 --Viskonsas (talk) 21:38, 7 February 2015 (UTC)
Hi,
Why not? Yes, I can eventually make some minor changes since I am still learning Uchinaaguchi. It would also be interesting to attract people from the Facebook group I mentioned in the general discussion page with more than 7000 members, both native speakers and learners. I once posted there about the wiki but my post only received some likes and nothing else. Perhaps I did not communicated well. I'll try to attract people later, when I would be more at ease in Uchinaaguchi (and Japanese). For the moment, I can make minor corrections to the wiki.
Adminship
editMy congratulations! Good luck! --Ochilov (talk) 07:17, 28 December 2015 (UTC)
Hello. Sending you the message because you are a test-administrator of Wp/ryu.
According to statistics, the majority of most-used core messages haven't still translated into Okinawan. Without these the project will not be opened at its own domain.
Can you or your coleagues from Wp/ryu translate these messages? Thanks in advance. I'm supporting the Okinawan Wikipedia.:) --Ghiutun 09:39, 23 March 2016 (UTC)
Hello.
I understand your concern. Yes, I am thinking of translating the interface but I am currently busy with other things but I may be able to contribute later. --Patronus95 (talk) 00:06, 24 March 2016 (UTC)

Articles in Category:Wt/ryu
editThere are 488 articles in Category:Wt/ryu written in Romaji instead of Kana. actually very few articles of Okinawan language were written in Romaji. And it's hard to read Romaji articles, can you change them into Kana versions?--el caballero de los Leones (talk) 11:27, 6 June 2017 (UTC)
