@Bangrapip No. I think you have misunderstood me. At no time did I mention that it is something limited to post here and as you say, Incubator is part of Wikipedia. I see that what you write is done in a specific language (Betawi), which you are translating from simple.wikipedia. Correct me if I'm wrong. Given that, I remove the delete template. Yes, articles can be translated from other language Wikipedias. The deletion request by User:Mazbel seems to have been a mistake. --MF-W {a, b} 07:12, 27 June 2023 (UTC)
