Kambarang (roughly October and November), the flowering, is the season defined by longer dry periods and fewer cold fronts crossing the coast. This is the height of the wildflower season in which Noongar people would move closer to the coast where frogs, tortoises and freshwater crayfish were caught.[1][2]
