S'gaw Karen Babel User Information appear in English, instead of in S'gaw Karen language

HI, do you by any chance know how to fix this problem? The S'gaw Karen Babel User Information appear in English in [translatewiki]. It was created and translated into S'gaw Karen but the template did not come out in S'gaw Karen. Thank you. I would be appreciated if you could help.
