Welson Sim Wee Sheng (ada 29 Mac 1997) nya siku penyemerai profesional Malaysia. Iya nyadi penyemerai laki Malaysia ti keterubah mujur masuk pekit 400 meter gaya bibas laki ba Sukan Olimpik Musin Angat 2016.[3][4]

Welson Sim, anak laki Lee Ngiat Kim enggau Sim Ah Tee ada ba Kuching, Sarawak.[2][5] Iya berengkah nyereta kelas nyemerai maya umur 10 taun dikena mutarka penyakit asma maya agi mit, lalu bepekit ba Piala Presiden Sarawak setaun udah nya.[4][6] Maya manggai umur 12 taun, iya udah dalam tim semerai negeri Sarawak.[7] Sim belajar ba Sekula Sekondari Kebansaan Batu Lintang, sebedau mindah ke Sekula Sukan Bukit Jalil maya tengah semester Pom Tiga.[8]

Maya bulan Mac 2021, Sim bebadi ba mutosikal ngujungka iya patah lengan lalu bisi dua iti pin dipasukka ba lengan kiba iya.[9]
