1. Fix double redirect.

   This bot runs at 00:00, and every 6 hours after then, in UTC. Bot runs at every (around) 10 seconds, which may be flooding "All recent changes", but as MF-W noted in flag request, there's not that many double redirects, generally speaking. Also, this bot is not Incubator-aware and does not know the incubator's test-project concept.
