สาธารณรัฐเบเนลักซ์ หรือ สหภาพเศรษฐกิจเบเนลักซ์ (Bénélux) เป็นกลุ่มเศรษฐกิจในภูมิภาคยุโรปตะวันตก ของสามประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน ได้แก่ ประเทศเบลเยียม เนเธอร์แลนด์ และลักเซมเบิร์ก โดยการนำเอาพยางค์หน้าชื่อของแต่ละประเทศดังกล่าวมาตั้งเป็นชื่อ "สหภาพปลอดภาษีเบเนลักซ์" (Benelux Customs Union) ปัจจุบันสหภาพเบเนลักซ์มีขนาด 74,102 ตร.กม. และมีจำนวนประชากร 27.1 ล้านคน
