พม่า หรือ เมียนมา (อังกฤษ: Myanmar, พม่า: မြန်မာ) มีชื่อทางการว่า สาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพพม่า หรือ สาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพเมียนมา (อังกฤษ: Republic of the Union of Myanmar; พม่า: ပြည်ထောင်စု သမ္မတ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော် [pjìdà̀uɴzṵ θà̀ɴməda̯ mjəmà nàiɴŋàɴdɔ̀] ปี่เด่าง์ซุ ตัมมะดะ มยะหม่า ไหน่หงั่นด่อ) เป็นรัฐเอกราชในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ มีพรมแดนติดกับอินเดีย บังกลาเทศ จีน ลาว และไทย หนึ่งในสามของพรมแดนพม่าที่มีความยาว 1,930 กิโลเมตรเป็นแนวชายฝั่งตามอ่าวเบงกอลและทะเลอันดามัน ด้วยพื้นที่ 676,578 ตารางกิโลเมตร ประเทศพม่าเป็นประเทศที่ใหญ่เป็นอันดับที่ 40 ของโลก และใหญ่เป็นอันดับที่ 2 ในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ พม่ายังเป็นประเทศที่มีประชากรมากเป็นอันดับที่ 24 ของโลก โดยมีประชากรกว่า 60.28 ล้านคน
