Lord George Gordon Byron — English poem writer. He is one of the major figures of the Romantic movement, and is regarded as being among the greatest of British poets. The most famous of his poems were "The pilgrimage of Childe Harold" (), "Don Juan" (), "Mazeppa" and others.
