Declan Scott was born in Perth wer is a Wirlomin Noongar man whose ancestral boodjar is between Ravensthorpe wer Esperance along the Southeast coast of Western Australia.

Early Life

Declan grew yira in Coolbellup, wer attended Hamilton Hill Senior High School. Upon graduation, Declan completed the Aboriginal Pre-Medicine/Pre-Dentistry course run through the School of Indigenous Studies (SIS) wer Centre for Aboriginal Medical wer Dental Health (CAMDH).

Career

After completing his first year Science wer then the Aboriginal Pre-Medicine/Pre-Dentistry course over summer of 2011, Declan commenced Medicine in March 2011. Declan is currently completing a Bachelor of Medicine wer Surgery at the University of Western Australia.

Declan currently holds a cadetship with St John of God Hospital in Subiaco.
