Yang Berhormat Dato' Seri Dr. Wan Azizah binti Dato’ Dr. Wan Ismail (Jawi: وان عزيزه بنت وان اسماعيل; ada 3 Disember 1952) siku orang politik lalu mega nyadi Sapit Menteri Besai indu keterubah di Malaysia lalu mega nyadi Presiden Parti Keadilan Rakyat ke suba.[1] Iya mega kala nyadi Menteri Pemansang Orang Indu, Ruang Bilik enggau Komuniti nyentuk taun 2020 lalu diatu nyadi Kaban Parlimen Bandar Tun Razak , pengudah rintai Kabinet dibantaika Menteri Besai ke baru dichiri, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. Iya indu keterubah mangku pengawa politik pemadu tinggi di Malaysia. Ba renggat parti, iya nyadi Presiden Pakatan Harapan.
