Bibiani/Anhwiaso/Bekwai Municipal Assembly be one of de nine districts wey dey for de Western North Region for Ghana.^[1] Originally ebe part of de ordinary district assembly insyd 1988 wen dem call am Bibiani/Anhwiaso/Bekwai District, wey later dem elevate am come municipal assembly status insyd March 2012 for am to become Bibiani/Anhwiaso/Bekwai Municipal Assembly. De municipality dey for de northeast part of Western North Region wey e get Bibiani as ein capital town.^[2]
