Wp/qz
editHi Aibek.abdir,
I noticed that you started Wp/qz for a Wikipedia in Kazakh written in Latin script. However, Kazakh Wikipedia already has a script converter which allows switching between Cyrillic, Latin and Arabic script - see the tabs Кирил, Latın and توتە on the site. Best regards --MF-W {a, b} 01:18, 22 December 2012 (UTC)
Hi MF-Warburg,
Yes, I know it. I analyzed all variants. But they are not official and difficult to use, there are a lot of points (tale, apostrophe) above (under) letters. It is very difficult when writing with pen (ı, i, ï). That's why they are not widespread in Kazakhstan. --Aibek.abdir (talk) 12:09, 22 December 2012 (UTC)
- Hi Aibek.abdir, the policy is to have one Wikipedia per language. This means that you cannot start a Khazakh Wikipedia here because there already exists one. If the Latin-script version of the current Kazakh Wikipedia is insufficient, please talk to the users there to find a solution. Thanks, SPQRobin (talk) 15:38, 23 December 2012 (UTC)
