• Function: This template inserts a table row with two cells in a any table. The first cell contains the name of a quick bar item in bold printing, the second one its description. Usually this template is used in the Quickbar template (see #Related Templates).

• Required Parameters:
  • |heading= Name of the quick bar item
  • |value= Description of the quick bar item
