To discuss these templates as a whole, please see: Disambiguation (talk). If you wish to discuss general wordings, rather than the wording or formatting of this specific template, don't post here or else what you say will probably go unnoticed.

Generic

edit
For example: {{Wp/brh/dablink|For other senses of this term, see [[Wp/brh/etc...|etc...]]}} . (Note: adaptable, but fails to standardize hatnotes).
Note: similar in usage to the Dablink template, but used for hatnotes that don't make sense on mirrors of Wikipedia, such as linking an article from the main namespace to the Wikipedia namespace. (See: Avoid self-references for more details).

About

edit

{{Wp/brh/About}} is the main template for noting other uses.

Note. When used in main namespace, the word "page" in the following hatnotes is replaced by "article".

Dá panna USE1 aná bárav aŧ e. Elo matlab átekin, Wp/brh/About (gíşgívárí) e ur.
  • {{Wp/brh/About|USE1||PAGE2}} (When the disambiguation page has a different name — Note the empty second parameter)
Dá panna USE1 aná bárav aŧ e. Elo matlab átekin, PAGE2 e ur.

Other uses

edit

When such a wordy hatnote as {{Wp/brh/About}} is not needed, {{Wp/brh/Other uses}} is often useful.

Elo matlab átekin, Wp/brh/About (gíşgívárí) e ur.
Elo matlab átekin, PAGE1 e ur.

{{Wp/brh/For}} can be used instead of {{Wp/brh/About}} so as not to display: This page is about USE1. but still specify as specific other use. This effect can also be achieved by using an empty first parameter in {{Wp/brh/About}} as in:

For example: {{Wp/brh/For|OTHER TOPIC|PAGE1}} is the same as {{Wp/brh/About||OTHER TOPIC|PAGE1}} (note empty first parameter).

However, it is somewhat more clear when using the {{Wp/brh/For}} template, since the word "about" does not appear in the statement.

Note: use when OTHER TOPIC is related to that of the current article and already contains a self-explanatory parenthetical.

Other people

edit
Note: same as {{Wp/brh/Other people}} except uses "people" instead of "persons"
Note: defaults to "named" as in {{Wp/brh/Other people}}, exists for options like "nicknamed", "known as", etc.
