Which language?

Er, excuse me if I dare to ask, but is this to be a Wikipedia for Chinese in Roman characters or one for the Pinyin language of Cameroon? The titles and signs seem to point to both. 79.208.76.7 23:35, 12 September 2009 (UTC) curryfranke

Well, this Wikipedia is for the Cameroon Pinyin Language. But... why put the Chinese tonal signs in the words on "Local name"?
