I have filled my H1B through some consultancy(Allied Solutions Group-Rep :Chitra Bhagat 09871923510) based at gurgaon , they have taken money from me and made several frauds . please suggest if i'll complained the same in embassy then will it affect me to file US visa next time . as i have H1B Visa stamped at this time, and have got the same through some fraud processes by consultancy,but that i have followed in pressure , as the things were not clear in the initial stage .i have all the docs as a proof that they have taken money from me and done frauds.pls help me out , as i need my 1,25,000 back.
