Meänkieli is basically a dialect of Finnish spoken by a handful of people and considered a separate language only because of political reasons (it's completely mutually intelligible with Finnish) so I don't see any point in starting a Meänkieli Wikipedia.

Says a person who does not want to Meänkieli to be allowed to develop in its range in Sweden. A language that has existed there for hundreds of years, if not thousands. This person is almost certainly Swedish. Swedish language history in Meänkieli range, have been only a hundred years. So I understand that the writer is concerned, when Meänkieli is mentioned. / Bengt Johansson-Kyrö, Jukkasjärvi (a village almost in the center of Meänkieli area)
