Is this really the Coptic name of Qaha? ⲕⲁϩⲱⲣ seems to be a adhoc creation? The only source for Qahour seems to be Wikipedia, and the English Wikipedia is extremely terribly unreliable when it comes to the authenticity of Coptic toponyms. It reminds me a bit of the proposal to derive Cairo from ⲕⲁϩⲓⲣⲏ, which is false.

If there is no Coptic (or Egyptian) name for it, I would rather use ⲕⲁϩⲁ. Ϯⲙⲉⲗⲗⲓⲥⲏⲧ (talk) 23:01, 29 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
