So can anyone here explain this "scope" for this wiki?

Are there any rules I didn't know about here? I know my Jargon isn't all that great but I'm trying to expand the wiki and get a few people to help me with this. I attempted to contact the Chinook Jargon facebook group but my facebook account is currently blocked (it gives you a verification code to reactivate it, but when I type the code in, it just freezes.)
