In Finland, the threshold of originality for works of visual art is relatively low. However, simple logos are generally below the threshold of originality. In particular, the threshold is high when only basic colors and shapes (such as triangles, squares and circles or capital letters) are used. See COM:CRT/Finland#Threshold of originality for more information.
