Summary

Description

English: Tocar Caps is an element included in the inventory of the intangible cultural heritage of the Natural Park of Cadí-Moixeró, an inventory carried out by the Institute of Immaterial Cultural Heritage (IPACIM ).

The scoundrel who plays it forms a circle on the floor, sitting, while one of them, standing, goes around until he touches the head of another of the players. Those whose head has been touched and one on each side, will have to get up and sit down again trying to keep their place. Whoever is left out of place will be the "brave kid" in the next round, that is, they will stay standing and have to spin around until they touch someone else's head.

Traditional games are the main form of learning for children. Aside from the psychomotor and skill qualities, traditional group play encourages socialization and shared impromptu enjoyment. The variant of the name symbolizes the traditional rural life of the community.
