Les travaux ont débuté le 13 juin 2001, fête de S. Antoine de Padoue, et ont été achevés vers la fin de l’année 2006 Un site appelé plus tard Malia Kpota, a été choisi aux alentours d’Allada, une ville d’environ cent mille habitants située au cœur du Diocèse et facile d’accès par la route et le chemin de fer. |
