English: The Pleiades, an open cluster consisting of approximately 3,000 stars at a distance of 400 light-years (120 parsecs) from Earth in the constellation of Taurus. It is also known as ‘The Seven Sisters’, or the astronomical designations NGC 1432/35 and M45.
Español: Las Pléyades, en la constelación de Tauro, es un cúmulo abierto formado por unas 3000 estrellas ubicado a unos 400 años luz (120 parsecs) de la Tierra. También se le conoce como «Las siete hermanas», «Las siete cabritillas» o con los términos astronómicos NGC 1432/35 y M45.
