English: Leto- Leto is made by small chunks of rice which are not fully powdered. It is made with rice, meat and some seasoning. It is paste like in texture.
These food are generally made by Santhal community in Sakrat (Harvest Festival of Santhals). Since rice is harvested during that time, major ingredient used in making these food item is rice (generally in powdered form called 'Holong').
