לה מדלנה (באיטלקית: La Maddalena; בגלורזה: A Madalena) היא עיר השוכנת באי בעל שם זהה, צפונית לסרדיניה, המהווה חלק מפרובינציית אולביה טמפיו.

העיר היא הגדולה שביישובי הארכיפלג איי מדלנה. היא שוכנת במרחק של 2 ק"מ מהחוף הצפוני של סרדיניה, לחופו של מצר בוניפאצ'יו המפריד בין סרדיניה לבין קורסיקה. שירות מעבורות מקשר בתכיפות גבוהה בין העיר פלאו שבסרדיניה לבין האי.

מרכז חיי העיר הוא בככר אומברטו, הקרויה על ידי תושבי העיר הוותיקים פיאצה רוסה. הרחוב הראשי של העיר הוא רחוב גריבלדי המוליך לאורך חוף הים והנמל. פרנסת תושבי העיר היא ברובה מתיירות. האי מפורסם בחופי הרחצה שלו.
