Description
English: The head of Dean Channel and the delta of Kimsquit River, B.C., from the wharf at the Manitou (Dawson's) Cannery of the Kildella Packing Company, looking approximately north. Showing glaciers on the west side of Kimsquit River. On the left, or western sky line, about one mile distant is a rock pinnacle left by erosion. The Bella Coola have a tradition about this, and state that it is surrounded by a circle of smaller rocks.
