During his career, Noel has worked with the City of Melville, Curtin University, Department of Indigenous Affairs, Marlinup Bush University, Rottnest Island Authority, Rottnest Island Board wer Telethon Institute for Child Health Research. He currently is the ECU Elder-in-Residence wer advises as ECU’s Cultural Ambassador wer story teller wer cultural guide, instructor wer mentor. [1]
